FLAT RATE DELIVERY
We offer a flat rate delivery fee of $9.95 (per mailing address) for all orders up to $100.00.
In December, please contact us prior to ordering if you need an order to be delivered before Xmas to confirm this will be possible.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Express Post is not overnight to regional areas but does offer a quicker service.

We do our best to have your boxes delivered to you within the timeframe specified. However, we ask you to understand that due to unforseen circumstances (like wild weather or road disruptions that may hold up our couriers), we sometimes can’t guarantee on-time delivery. This is beyond our control and we cannot take responsibility for these types of late deliveries.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE UNATTENDED
All parcels we send are given "Authority To Leave Unattended" status if you're not home. Please ensure there will be somewhere safe for your parcel to be left or leave instructions under "Special Instructions For Seller" on the Cart page.
If you require "Signature On Delivery", please advise under "Special Instructions for Seller" on the Cart page.
DO YOU POST INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, we are only delivering within Australia at this time.
I'VE GIVEN YOU THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Let us know immediately and we may be able to advise the Courier in time to re-route the parcel. Otherwise, if your parcel is not able to be sent to the new address in time, there will be an additional delivery fee.
If your parcel is returned, an additional delivery fee will be incurred.
