Returns and Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us immediately. Once the package has been marked shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
I've changed my mind and want to return my order. How do I do that??
Please ensure the Funnky Bags box & its contents are in the same condition as it was received.
Boxes can be returned to us at:
95 Lawrence Way, Byford WA 6122
Please get in contact with us to advise the parcel will be returned.
- Exchange the item, or
- Get a refund to the original payment method, or
- Receive a store credit for later use
Once your order is received back at our premises and we have confirmed it is in its original condition, we will exchange, refund or issue a store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Please return orders back to us within 30 days of dispatch.
My order is damaged. What do I do?
We take great care to ensure that your order does not get damaged in transit. However, if you have received a damaged item, please get in contact with us immediately to discuss your options. Please provide photos of the order as it arrived.
We will resolve the issue aiming for the best possible outcome from the following:
- Send a replacement item to replace the damaged item
- Issue a store credit
- Refund the damaged item or box
In some instances, we may require the item to be returned to us.
How do you process refunds?
Refunds are processed through our online store and returned back to you via your original payment method.
Eg. If you paid using PayPal, the refund will be paid back to your PayPal account.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are paid directly back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 days for refunds to clear with your bank and be visible on statements or in bank accounts.
We do not issue refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address that was given to us.
